Out-to-Lunch Program

This outreach program of our parish has been ongoing for several years.  Each month, on the last Saturday, we prepare a free meal offering to the community. At present, we serve from 50 to 60 persons; mostly seniors who enjoy the opportunity to gather socially and enjoy a special meal.

Volunteering to help with a monthly Out-to-Lunch event is one of the most enjoyable and rewarding activities of our parish. As we begin the new  year, we again call for help. The work is limited, generally from 10 am to 1 pm on a Saturday morning. All members of the family are invited to participate. In fact, youngsters seem to enjoy these events most of all.
